Permali Gloucester Limited is a long-established UK contract manufacturer, operating from a substantial 10,500 m² facility in Gloucester, South West England. Since its inception, the company has specialised in the design, manufacture, and qualification of advanced composite and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material solutions.

The company possesses extensive manufacturing capabilities, including blown film extrusion, various moulding techniques (RTM, VARTM, Compression Moulding, Wet Lay), pressing, machining, pre-preg production, bonding, assembly, and painting. Permali works with a diverse range of materials such as glass and aramid fabrics, epoxy and phenolic resins, and custom-blended Tuftane® TPU films. These advanced material solutions are critical for demanding applications across sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Energy, Offshore, Construction, Rail, Motorsport, Medical, and Textiles.
