OGM Medical is a UK-based contract manufacturer with over 20 years of experience specializing in plastic injection moulding for the medical device industry. Operating from two sites in Oxford and Hengoed, South Wales, the company leverages extensive engineering expertise, with its 200 skilled staff possessing over 160 years of combined experience. OGM Medical offers a comprehensive service from design and prototyping through to high-volume manufacturing.

The company's capabilities include medical injection mould design, utilizing 3D CAD and Moldflow® simulation, alongside in-house and approved offshore mould tool making. They provide bespoke low- and high-volume injection moulding within an ISO 7 cleanroom, manufacturing components for a wide range of medical applications using various medical-grade plastics. Post-moulding services such as sterilisation, ultrasonic welding, and automated washing are also offered, alongside component assembly and packaging.

OGM Medical is accredited to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, demonstrating a commitment to quality, environmental management, and medical device manufacturing standards. They offer full validation services including IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPAP, and act as a prime contractor, facilitating reshoring to the UK with dedicated NPI project management to guide clients through tool transfers and production.
