The company offers versatile manufacturing capabilities, including injection moulding with BOY machines (22t-90t, max 129gms shot weight) and pipe extrusion using Davies Standard machines (up to 60mm pipe diameter). They work with a range of polymers such as polypropylene, ABS, PVC, and styrene, and can utilise regrind material. Mould Master serves diverse sectors including life safety, fire protection, automotive, toy, and component industries, and provides a colour matching service. They accommodate both high and low volume production runs, with a minimum annual requirement of 100,000 pieces, and offer support from concept to final product design.

Mould Master collaborates with an experienced, independent UK-based mould manufacturer for tool design and production, ensuring clear communication and avoiding international shipping complexities. This partnership covers the entire process from initial tool design and manufacture through to final product production, with tool trialling conducted during production to confirm quality and cycle times. Production lead times are typically within 12 weeks, dependent on tool design.
