INSIT GROUP UK LTD, established in 2025 in Basildon, Essex, is a UK-based contract manufacturer specializing in large-part plastic injection moulding and painting. As part of the international INSIT Group, the company benefits from Italian engineering excellence and process discipline. This strategic UK presence is designed to foster a resilient local supply chain and provide direct proximity to British and European automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, aiming to reduce lead times and customs friction.

INSIT UK's Basildon facility is equipped with high-tonnage Yizumi injection moulding presses, with capacities up to 2,400T, and a fully automatic robotic solvent-based paint line capable of achieving automotive-grade surface quality. Complementing these core capabilities, the company offers mould tooling co-development and process engineering support, guiding customers from industrialisation through to serial production. INSIT UK also supplies complementary product categories such as rubber seals and TPE/TPV components, and is expanding into mobility and consumer sectors.
