Global Filters Limited, established in 1988 and based in Verwood, Dorset, is a UK-based, full-service plastic injection moulding company with over 35 years of experience. They specialise in the design and manufacture of overmoulded plastic filters for air, gas, and liquid filtration, alongside producing high-quality plain injection-moulded parts. Their operations encompass comprehensive mould tooling design and supply, managing projects from prototypes to complex multi-cavity production tools, serving international OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Leveraging decades of experience and in-house tooling expertise, Global Filters utilises modern electric precision injection moulding machines ranging from 25 to 300T, capable of producing parts from 0.1g to over 500g. They support production runs from a few hundred parts to 50 million annually, operating 24 hours a day with process automation and automatic inspection systems. Their ISO 9001 accredited facility handles both high-volume continuous production and manual small-batch moulding, working with a wide range of filtration media and plastic resins approved for demanding applications.

Global Filters offers filter performance testing and comprehensive filter design and development services, focusing on integrating filter elements into plastic moulded parts. They specialise in overmoulded plastic filters and formed/overmoulded stainless-steel filters using a unique one-step process. Beyond filters, they produce a significant volume of non-filter moulded parts and assemblies, including 2K mouldings, and offer secondary operations.
