The company specialises in the production of gaskets, plastic injection mouldings, and rubber mouldings, also supplying associated materials. Their extensive capabilities include plastic injection moulding of thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers across a machine range of 50T to 1100T, with value-added services such as assembly and pad printing. For rubber, they process over 600 compound formulations and common thermoset rubbers, utilising K4 internal mixers, mill rooms, and presses from 20 to 500 tonnes. British Gaskets also handles high-temperature materials like Mica, Non-Asbestos, Cork, and Graphite, and serves diverse industries including Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, and Defence.
