ALPLAS LIMITED is a family-owned, UK-based contract manufacturer established in 1965, specialising in plastic injection moulding and the production of Point of Sale (POS) and display accessories. Operating from a 63,000 sq ft facility in Basildon, Essex, the company offers a comprehensive end-to-end service from initial concept design and prototyping through to full-scale manufacturing.

Their manufacturing capabilities include in-house tooling using CNC milling, spark eroders, surface grinders, and lathes, supported by seven injection moulding presses ranging from 35 to 250-tonne clamping force, capable of handling low to high volume production runs 24 hours a day. ALPLAS works with a range of polymers and masterbatches, offering bespoke colour matching to Pantone and RAL references, and highlights the use of recyclable materials. They serve a wide range of retailers and high street brands across various sectors, providing solutions such as merchandising displays, signs, menu holders, leaflet holders, shelf edge displays, and counter-top displays.

Key differentiators include their "Made in Britain" heritage, next-day delivery on over 2,000 product lines, and free delivery on orders over £150. ALPLAS also provides stock holding, warehousing, and logistics services, handling special packing requirements and split orders to multiple delivery addresses. They have developed innovations such as plastic Eurohooks and anti-theft swing tags, and utilise super strength metal replacement polymers.
