AGEMA Engineering Ltd. is a highly experienced UK-based contract manufacturer, established in 1986, with a significant operational footprint. The company boasts four production halls in Coventry, UK, and has strategically expanded its global presence with facilities in the Czech Republic to serve the European market and in China. This extensive infrastructure allows AGEMA to offer comprehensive manufacturing solutions on an international scale.

Specialising in tool making and plastic injection moulding, AGEMA's capabilities are extensive. They operate a wide range of injection moulding machines from 50 to 2200 tonnes, featuring advanced 2K technology and a large 2.5-meter 2K rotary platen. Supported by state-of-the-art Borche machinery and Fanuc 5 Axis Robots, their production is meticulously managed by a Mattec Real-Time Monitoring system integrated with Epicor MRP software for optimal efficiency and traceability. AGEMA also provides in-house tool design and manufacture, alongside a broad spectrum of additional services including metal components, various finishing processes, and prototyping through 3D printing. Their primary sectors served are automotive and plastics.
