AD Plastics Ltd is a UK-based plastic injection moulding specialist established in 2003, operating from a 12,000 sq ft facility in Colnbrook, Berkshire, strategically located near London Heathrow Airport. The company offers a complete service from design to finished product, utilising 13 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 360 tonnes, capable of producing mouldings from 2g to 1,500g.

Their core capabilities include working with a wide array of engineering thermoplastics such as GF Nylon, FR ABS, Polycarbonate, Acetyl, HIP, PPC, and PP, with experience in insert moulding. AD Plastics also provides in-house toolmaking for design, maintenance, repair, and modification, supported by a well-equipped toolroom. Complementary services include spraying, silk screening, hot foiling printing, sonic welding, sub-assembly, packing, and project management, enabling them to serve diverse industries including aerospace, automotive, POP, defense, and retail.

AD Plastics manufactures BSI and CE certified face visors and operates seven days a week to ensure short lead-times and competitive pricing.
