The Stanley Group, trading as Stanley Plastics, is a UK-based contract manufacturer with over 60 years of experience specializing in cast acrylic products. Operating from a 15,000 sq.ft. facility in Midhurst, they possess a significant batch casting capacity of 3500kg of acrylic, complemented by bespoke tube casting and spinning processes. Their extensive manufacturing infrastructure includes seven autoclaves, with the largest capable of handling diameters exceeding two meters, and a fully equipped machining facility featuring both conventional and CNC equipment.

Stanley Plastics offers a comprehensive range of manufacturing capabilities, from prototypes to full production runs, utilizing various acrylic materials including their proprietary "Transpalite SS" acrylic. Their core specialisms encompass the production of engineering components, viewports and PVHO windows, domes, lenses, and encapsulation services. They also undertake artistic and specialist projects, including large-scale acrylic castings and hemispheres for private submarines, water features, and sculptures. Beyond casting and machining, they provide laser engraving, etching, and cutting services, alongside litho, digital, and silk screen printing for displays.

The company holds BS ISO 9001 Quality Certification and numerous accreditations, including ASME PVHO-1, DNV – Germanischer Lloyd, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and Registro Italiano Navale (RINA). Stanley Plastics is an approved manufacturer of ASME PVHO windows by major classification societies and offers in-house hydrostatic pressure testing to meet strict ASME PVHO-1 requirements. Their products for the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and food industries also meet USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.1010 certifications.
