Norse Precision Castings Limited is a UK-based contract manufacturer established in 1977, specialising in high-quality, precise, and intricate aluminium sand castings and rigid polyurethane moulds and castings. Operating from a 50,000 sq/ft facility in Bedford, UK, the company offers a comprehensive "under one roof" service encompassing casting, heat treatment, fettling, painting/powder coating, machining, and assembly, all managed in-house.

Their capabilities include CNC and traditional patternmaking, HIPing, impregnation, anodising, wet painting, chemical analysis, CMM reports, and non-destructive testing. They produce complex aluminium sand castings with typical wall thicknesses of 3mm and tolerances of ±0.4mm, ranging from small intricate parts to 1000mm cubes, utilising electric and gas furnaces and core shooter systems. Their rigid polyurethane casting process allows for accurate parts with wall thicknesses from 1mm to 30mm and tolerances as low as ±0.3mm. Norse Precision Castings holds BS EN ISO 9001-2015 certification for the manufacture and design of aluminium castings and mouldings in rigid polyurethane. They are recognised for their quality of service and product, reliability, technical support, and ability to accommodate fluctuating demand, often producing complex, technical, thin-walled aluminium parts with excellent finishes at competitive prices.
