MONSTERCAM LIMITED is a UK-based contract manufacturer established in 2010, operating from a substantial 70,000 square foot facility in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire. Specialising in large-scale composite patterns, moulds, and components, they offer a comprehensive end-to-end service from initial CAD data to the final finished product.

Their core capabilities span advanced CNC machining, including one of the UK's largest 5-axis centres capable of handling components up to 46 metres, alongside diverse composite moulding techniques such as Hand Lay-up, Resin Infusion, RTM, and Pre-Preg fabrication using materials like GRP and Carbon Fibre. Monster CAM also provides expert painting and finishing services in a large spray booth and curing oven, and precise metrology verification using a FARO Vantage Laser Tracker. They serve a broad spectrum of industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Marine, and Renewable Energy.

Monster CAM holds ISO 9001 accreditation, is a JOSCAR member, and is Cyber Essentials certified. A key differentiator is their waterside facility with direct access to the Solent, facilitating the handling of exceptionally large components, particularly advantageous for marine and renewable energy projects.
