The company's capabilities include the design and production of aluminium moulds, P20 hardened steel tools, and tool prototypes, supported by nine CNC machines operated by a skilled CAD/CAM team. K A Tooling also possesses on-site spark eroding facilities and offers injection moulding services for trialling, sampling, and small to medium production runs, utilizing two new Yizumi injection moulding machines. They serve a diverse range of sectors, including point of sale, automotive, medical, technology, and robotics.
