Hatcher Components Limited, established in 1968 and part of the Betts Group, is a leading UK-based contract manufacturer specialising in parts exclusively for the commercial vehicle industry. Located in Framlingham, Suffolk, the company is a market leader in developing truck aerodynamics and offers a wide range of sleeper cab conversions for various truck models.

The company provides comprehensive contracted design, moulding, and manufacturing services, acting as a Tier 1 supplier to OEMs. Their moulding capabilities include Hand Lay-up, Spray Lay-up, and light RTM, supported by in-house design for manufacture, tooling, CAD, 3D scanning, 3D printing, and CNC machining. Hatcher operates a unique semi-automated FRP production line with advanced temperature control and resin dispensing, capable of producing a cured part every eight minutes. Beyond moulding, they provide finishing, trimming, assembly, auto-electrical, fabrication, upholstery, and fitting services.

All parts are manufactured under their ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Specific cab conversion offerings include extensions to original cabs to provide additional sleeper and day space, with popular options detailed for DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo models. Hatcher also developed a sleeper conversion module for the Mitsubishi Fuso Canter Double Cab and provides aerodynamic solutions for Ford Transit vehicles.
