GRINDRITE (MPS) LIMITED, based in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire, is a UK contract manufacturer specialising in advanced surface engineering and protective coating solutions. They offer a broad spectrum of thermal spray processes, including plasma, combustion powder, and wire spray, alongside organic and water-based paint spraying. MPS handles components from 1mm to 2 metres, applying metallic, ceramic, cermet, and plastic coatings.

Their capabilities extend to precision grinding, encompassing cylindrical, surface, rotary, and large ring grinding, supported by extensive CNC and manual equipment. MPS also provides CMM coordinate measuring and, through its acquisition of Grindrite Ltd., integrated machining and non-destructive testing. Turnkey solutions are available, with partners offering NDT, machining, and anodising. An internal laboratory conducts metallographic, hardness, bend, and tensile testing, as well as Nadcap-approved coating assessment.
