G.O.S. Tool & Engineering Services Ltd is a family-owned UK contract manufacturer based in Blaenavon, South Wales, operating from an extensive 3-acre site with over 38,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. The company specialises in the fabrication and manufacture of steel components, with a particular focus on the rail sector, where they are a market leader in the manufacture of Road Rail Vehicles (RRVs) and specialist rail infrastructure installation and maintenance equipment.

Their comprehensive engineering capabilities include vertical boring, CNC machining, conventional machining, Lumsden surface grinding, general fabricating, and machined fabrications. G.O.S. manufactures a wide range of rail-specific equipment, including On Track Machines (OTM), On Track Plant Machines (OTP) such as RRVs and Rail Mounted Maintenance Machines (RMMMs), and rail trolleys and trailers, alongside ancillary equipment. They also offer structural and architectural steelwork, bridges and walkways, tanks and silos, and profiling and plasma cutting services for plate up to 300mm thick.

G.O.S. holds a proven track record with major clients such as Balfour Beatty, Network Rail, BHP, and Stobart Rail, evidenced by projects like the GOS Rail Bee, a series of UK Road/Rail conversions for Network Rail. They possess a RAAS Certificate, ISO Certificate, CIRAS Certificate, and BSI Membership Certificate, and export worldwide, adapting designs for most standard rail gauges.
