BROOKS FORGINGS LIMITED is a UK-based contract manufacturer established in 1960, specialising in non-standard forged, machined, and fabricated components. Operating from three sites in the West Midlands, the company boasts a substantial manufacturing facility of 43,000 sq ft, complemented by over 36,000 sq ft for head office and warehousing.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of over 20 in-house manufacturing processes, including drop forging, open die forging, upset forging, robot forging, ring rolling, fabrication & assembly, flash butt welding, robot welding, CNC machining, bending, casting, pressing, die sinking & tooling, hand forging, sawing, swaging & pointing, and thread rolling. They also provide forging simulation, sampling & prototyping, and heritage metalwork & replication. Brooks Forgings maintains significant material stock, holding over 250 tonnes of raw material and capacity for 2500 pallets of finished goods, ensuring full traceability with 3.1 mill certification. They serve a diverse range of industries including civil engineering, defence, forestry, agriculture, naval, marine, offshore, petrochemical, power generation, rail, and transportation, as well as bridges, waterways, mining & excavation, and leisure & recreation sectors.

Brooks Forgings is certified to LRQA ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and holds CE, UKCA, National Highway Sector Scheme 3, and RISQS verification. Key differentiators include integrated manufacturing processes that reduce reliance on sub-contractors, improving lead times and quality, and dedicated warehousing facilities for immediate despatch. They have recently increased production capacity with the installation of a 1450T Hasenclever Forging Press and operate an automated horizontal counterblow forging system, reportedly the only one of its kind in Europe.
