Their capabilities encompass milling with conventional and CNC machines, internal keywaying (3mm-16mm), drilling up to 50mm, and boring for diameters up to 150mm, all suitable for close tolerance work. They also undertake light fabrication and work with a variety of common engineering materials including steel (EN1A to EN40B), stainless steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, and plastics. Turning capacity is available for diameters over 75mm up to 300mm with lengths up to 1000mm, or under 75mm up to 3000mm long.
